Question: The list submitted contains Mobile numbers for sending SMS Bulk Message to Alumni with link for registration. Again this list is NOT To BE USED in the PORTAL.
Response: As per the TRAI rules, the bulk SMS can be sent to the members who are registered and given the consent to receive the SMS.
TRAI brought a new rule that whoever wants to send promotional or transactional SMS to their customers needs to be DLT registered.
Once we integrate the SMS gateway to the portal, the admin can send a message to the registered members.
